Italy on Screen Today - New York Film & Tv Series Fest was born in 2016 to promote the best of Italian contemporary cinema in New York. Produced by the Artistic Soul Association, it was founded and is currently directed by Loredana Commonara.
The initiative is made possible thanks to contributions by the Italian Ministry of Culture, with the support of the Italian Cultural Institute of New York, the Italian Consulate General in New York, in collaboration with Rai Cinema, Roma Lazio Film Commission, Italian Heritage and Culture Committee of New York, Stony Brook University, and Casa Italiana Zerilli-Marimò at New York University.
